These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers of North Bay Dairy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
About us
North Bay Dairy is a family-run milk delivery business based in Scarborough, UK.

Orders

Orders can be placed online or directly with us.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary (for example, due to supply issues or incorrect details).
Delivery

We deliver to Scarborough and surrounding areas including Eastfield, Osgodby, Scalby, Burniston, and Cloughton.

Residential deliveries take place in the early morning on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Each customer receives two deliveries per week, with delivery days based on your location.

Business customers may also receive Wednesday morning deliveries.

Customers do not need to be home, but must provide a safe place for deliveries.

North Bay Dairy cannot accept responsibility for deliveries once left in the agreed safe place.
Order changes

Orders can be changed up until 9pm the night before a delivery.

This cut-off is necessary as we only load the exact amount of milk required for each round to avoid waste.

Once products are loaded onto the delivery van, they must be delivered.
Pricing

Prices are reviewed every six months.

Prices may increase or decrease depending on supplier costs.

Any price changes will be communicated where possible.
Invoicing & payment

Invoices are issued every four weeks.

Payment is requested within 14 days of receiving an invoice.

We accept payment by cash, cheque, or bank transfer.

Late or missed payments may result in delivery being paused.
Glass bottles

Empty glass bottles should be left out for collection.

Bottles remain the property of North Bay Dairy.
Cancellations

Customers can cancel their deliveries at any time by contacting us.

Any outstanding balance must be settled upon cancellation.
Liability
-
We take care to deliver fresh products, but cannot be held responsible for spoilage once items have been delivered to the agreed location.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied
