Because we supply fresh, perishable goods, our refund policy is necessarily limited.
When refunds are available
We may offer a refund or replacement if:

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are not available where:

Products have been delivered correctly

Orders are cancelled after the cut-off time
-
Milk or fresh goods spoil after being left in the agreed safe place
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
