Milk Delivery in Scarborough & Surrounding Areas
What days do you deliver milk in Scarborough?
We deliver milk and fresh essentials overnight on Thursdays and Sundays across Scarborough and surrounding areas.
Our milk rounds operate through the night, which means some customers receive their delivery on Thursday and Sunday evenings, while others receive it early the following morning. If your delivery time ever changes, we will always try to let you know — please make sure we have your up-to-date contact details.
Will my milk price change?
Your milk prices will remain the same during the takeover period.
Milk costs from our distributor can fluctuate month to month, but to keep things clear and fair, we carry out a price review every six months. Prices may occasionally go up, but they can also go down — our aim is always to provide fresh milk at a fair price for our customers.
How do I receive my invoice?
We send out invoices every four weeks.
Invoices are currently sent by a mix of email and post. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we encourage customers to switch to email invoices wherever possible. If you’d like to change how you receive your invoice, just let us know.
When do I need to pay my invoice?
We kindly ask that invoices are paid within 7 days of receipt.
Prompt payments help us keep things running smoothly as a small, local milk delivery business, allowing us to continue providing reliable doorstep deliveries. If paying on the four-week schedule is difficult in exceptional circumstances, please get in touch — we’re always happy to help where we can.
How can I pay for my milk delivery?
We offer several payment options:

Bank transfer
If you don’t have the exact cash, that’s no problem — we can provide change or carry the balance forward to your next bill.
For bank transfers, please include the first line of your address as the payment reference so we can match payments quickly and accurately.
How do I change my milk order?
Yes — you can change your order up until 12:30pm on the day of your delivery.
We only load the exact amount of milk needed for each round, so late changes can lead to milk going to waste. Letting us know in advance helps us reduce waste and keep our service sustainable.
You can make changes by text, email, or by leaving a note out for us to collect. Once the milk is on the van, it must be delivered.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes, we deliver to local businesses as well as residential customers.
The ordering process is exactly the same for businesses, with the added option of Wednesday morning deliveries to suit business needs.
