Milk Delivery in Scarborough & Surrounding Areas
What days do you deliver milk in Scarborough?
We deliver milk and fresh essentials in the early morning on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays across Scarborough and the surrounding areas. Each customer receives two deliveries per week, with delivery days based on your location.
All deliveries are made in the early morning to ensure your items are fresh and ready for the day ahead. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your area, but we’ll always aim to keep you informed of any significant changes—please make sure your contact details are up to date.

Will my milk price change?
Milk costs from our distributor can fluctuate month to month, but to keep things clear and fair, we carry out a price review every six months. Our most recent price review was at the start of April, and we reduced our prices slightly.
Prices may occasionally go up, but they can also go down — our aim is always to provide fresh milk at a fair price for our customers.
How do I receive my invoice?
We send out invoices every four weeks.
Invoices are currently sent by a mix of email and post. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we encourage customers to switch to email invoices wherever possible. If you’d like to change how you receive your invoice, just let us know.
When do I need to pay my invoice?
We kindly ask that invoices are paid within 14 days of receipt.
Prompt payments help us keep things running smoothly as a small, local milk delivery business, allowing us to continue providing reliable doorstep deliveries. If paying on the four-week schedule is difficult in exceptional circumstances, please get in touch — we’re always happy to help where we can.
How can I pay for my milk delivery?
We offer several payment options:

If you don’t have the exact cash, that’s no problem — we can provide change or carry the balance forward to your next bill.
For bank transfers, please include the first line of your address as the payment reference so we can match payments quickly and accurately.
How do I change my milk order?
Yes — You can make changes to your order up until 9pm on the evening before your delivery. Please note that yoghurts and cream are ordered in advance each Tuesday morning, so any additional requests for these items must be made before then to guarantee availability.
We load each round with the exact amount of milk required, so late changes can result in unnecessary waste. Giving us notice in advance helps us minimise waste and keep the service as sustainable as possible.
You can update your order by text, email, or by leaving a note out for collection. Once your milk is loaded onto the van, it will need to be delivered.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes, we deliver to local businesses as well as residential customers.
The ordering process is exactly the same for businesses, with the added option of Wednesday morning deliveries to suit business needs.
